Yup it's very cool, but if you want to use more than 3 tabs you have to buy it - you can use it free though, i think with a 3 tab limitation.. It's called TotalFinder btw :)

Well there is something called QTTabBar - that's very similar, i've used it and i liked it, you can skin it too. On that page, the download link is on the right side btw. QTTabBar is free too.

I have an SS with it being used in explorer on Windows 7, check it out here. I made some skins for it, although mine only look good with one theme, search DA and you'll find loads of skins for it. Hope that helps man :)

I think I saw this a couple years back when I was still using XP. It's a lot more versatile that I thought!

You're welcome, i agree - i think my first suggestion to Microsoft for Windows 8 would be a tabbed Explorer.
